This agreement is between you (“you” or “your”) and TKD CONNECT, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Old No. 45, New 1/3, 1st Main, 1st Cross – 3rd Floor, J.P. Nagar, 2nd Phase, Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka (“TKD CONNECT”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using TKD CONNECT’s services via the TKD CONNECT website (www.tkdconnect.in), app, SMS, WAP, telephone, or any other platform (collectively “Platforms”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms and the Platforms periodically without notice. You are responsible for reviewing them. Continued use after revisions indicates your acceptance of the changes.
All information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images, videos, advertisements, and other content (“Materials”) provided on the Platforms are for personal, non-commercial, informational use only.

By posting reviews, ratings, or comments on any TKD CONNECT Platform, you grant TKD CONNECT an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content. TKD CONNECT reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.
For secure access to TKD CONNECT Platforms, we use a One-Time Password (OTP) authentication system. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

TKD CONNECT communicates information provided by advertisers, partners, and third parties. While we attempt to ensure authenticity, TKD CONNECT does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content. The Platforms and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
TKD CONNECT shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use, misuse, or reliance on the Platforms, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or system damages.
The Platforms may contain links to external websites. TKD CONNECT does not endorse or take responsibility for content, accuracy, or safety of such external sites.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKD CONNECT, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platforms or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal disputes.
